Greetings to the Al-Qaim International School community!

It is with great joy and a deep sense of responsibility that I welcome you to another chapter in the Al-Qaim International School journey. As your principal, I am honoured to serve our students, families, and staff.

I bring almost a decade of experience in STEM education across Canada and internationally. My academic background includes a Master’s degree in Education, a Master’s degree in Science, and a PhD in Physics. I have worked across multiple levels of education, including serving as an Asst. Professor of Physics at the University of Prince Edward Island.

These experiences have shaped my belief that education goes beyond academic achievement. It is about understanding each student, building meaningful relationships, and helping them develop confidence, curiosity, character, and critical-thinking skills.

My vision for Al-Qaim International School is to create an environment where every child feels known, valued, supported, and inspired to learn. We are committed to delivering a strong education aligned with the Alberta Program of Studies while helping students grow into responsible, compassionate, and confident individuals grounded in our Islamic values.

We also recognize the importance of strong partnerships with families. Your involvement, communication, and support play an essential role in helping our students succeed and flourish.

I am excited about what lies ahead for Al-Qaim International School and look forward to learning, growing, celebrating successes, and overcoming challenges together as one school family.
